Welcome to Appy Bulge! Appy Bulge is a photo-sharing social media app created exclusively for the customers and friends of Happy Bulge Swim Co. Our platform is built on friendship, support, and body positivity. We created this space because we know that other corporate platforms often single out and target the LGBTQ community. Here, you can be yourself, celebrate your body, and connect with others safely in a community that honours and respects you.

By downloading, accessing, or using Appy Bulge, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Age Requirement You must be strictly eighteen (18) years of age or older to use this app. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are a legal adult.

2. Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Email legal@speakfreemedia.com.

3. Community Guidelines & Behaviour This is a platform for friendship and support; it will not be used to hurt people. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behaviour. Any negative, hateful, harassing, or abusive commenting or posting will result in immediate account restriction or termination. Treat your fellow members with respect and help us maintain the safe space we are building.

4. Content Creation & Ownership You may only post your own, original content. Do not steal, upload, or claim ownership of photos or intellectual property belonging to anyone else. Absolutely no images of minors are permitted on this platform under any circumstances. If we receive a valid notice of copyright infringement, the infringing content will be removed, and repeat offenders will have their accounts terminated.

5. Nudity & Explicit Content We celebrate body positivity, but we do have boundaries. Content must not exceed what you would see in a PG-13 movie. Suggestive imagery is entirely allowed, but nothing X-rated or fully nude. To put it simply: You can show off your bulging thong but you still have to be wearing something that is covering your daddy bits.

6. Resharing & Cross-Posting Permissions By using the platform and posting images of your Happy Bulge purchases, you grant SpeakFree Media Inc. and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reshare your content. This includes cross-posting across our social media platforms, websites (happybulge.com, buffboybrewing.com, speakfreemedia.com), our Club Buff app (buffboyapp.com), and other promotional materials at our discretion. You agree that we owe you no compensation, royalties, or payment for your participation in and on the platform, nor for the resharing of your content.

7. Corporate Network Appy Bulge is proudly owned and operated by SpeakFree Media Inc., based in Canada. Our sister company is Buff Boy Brewing Co., and user information and content are shared across our network of companies to enhance your experience and build our community.

We use third-party advertising companies, including Google (AdMob), to serve ads when you visit our app. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites or applications in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers Appy Bulge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SpeakFree Media Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the app’s uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or emotional distress resulting from your use of the app, user-generated content, or unauthorized access to your account.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service and your use of the Appy Bulge platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
